The knots have been bleached, plucked, washed, and styled. We provide both aesthetic wigs and medical-grade wigs. What is your shipping process?
All Wigs are shipped from Fredericksburg, Virginia - USA. Please allow up to 14 days to receive your wig and 21 days for international shipping. All wigs are hand-packed and shipped out by Insure Beauty, LLC. Insure Beauty, LLC does not use a dropshipping service. Standard shipping rates apply.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! We offer payment plans, please check out using Shop Pay and 4 installment payment plans will be arranged, therefore, at checkout only 25% down is required. Please note all payment plans are automatically withdrawn, and full details of the arrangement will be provided to you at checkout.
How do I care for my new wig?
Here are a few tips regarding your new wigs; please do not sleep with your wig, please do not blow dry your wig, and please detangle your wig from the tips to the root to avoid tangling or damaging. Please note a full wig care guide will be included in the wig package.
I would like to use my health insurance to cover the cost of a medical-grade wig; what are my next steps?
Without a doubt, medical-grade wigs are a bit more costly than standard aesthetic wigs. However, we advise you to speak to your doctor ( Dermatologist) regarding a medical diagnosis and if you meet the qualification for a cranial prosthesis (medical grade wig) then he/she will provide you with a prescription.
