What is a Virgin Hair Wig?
Before we answer the question, what is a Virgin Hair Wig? Let’s first discuss what virgin hair is; depending on who you ask, it may depend on the answer. However, after intense research, I gathered it here.
Virgin Hair has not been chemically processed to create its texture. It typically has 2-3 hair donors, and the cuticles* are aligned. One hundred percent virgin hair is the second highest quality of human hair after Remy. Genuine virgin hair will be thick and full from the root to the ends. Lace fronts or Frontals consist of lace covering the entire front of the wig from ear to ear. Therefore, this allows for more flexibility regarding parting and styling. Typically, lace front wigs are more expensive than closure wigs.
