Frostine was very professional- she was very informative and knowledgeable in our IM discussions and consultation, she made timely responses to my inquiries, expressed a consistent pleasant demeanor, she styled my hair as requested and the overall service was excellent at the salon. I had an A+ experience getting my crochet passion twists at Insure Beauty. The salon suite is very clean and in a great location. Frostine listens to what you want and she communicates to make sure you are happy throughout the process. Her attention to detail is what I love. She braids neat and clean, but is always careful not to strain your edges. I drive over an hour to have Frostine do my hair because I know it will look great, last a long time, and I will not experience hair damage.
