"I normally don't write reviews, but I felt the need to write one in this case. I've never received such amazing customer service from start to finish. I ordered an 16inch Kinky Striaght V-Part Wig. The shipping process was fast I received my order within 4 days. The owner kept me updated on the shipping via text and email. She even sent me videos on how to take care of my wig down to the products I should use. Every question I had was answered in a timely manner. I could've asked for better customer service. AND BABY THE WIG! Is beautiful I absolutely love it. It did not have a smell to it, was very soft. After I washed and conditioned it there was very to no shedding. It held Curls very well, and can I say again very little shedding! I was extremely impressed! I would definitely recommend this company. I will be ordering more wigs from them!!"
